Intermediate Cook - Pastry ($29.00/hr.)

This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills in addition to pastry. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal communication skills. 2 years of previous line experience preferred. Pastry experience required. Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills. Able to work single station in the kitchen. High volume pastry station experience required. Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
