Job Details Position: Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Tele Location: Fargo, ND Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Schedule: Weekends only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,160 - $2,270 Setting: Acute care, 32-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit Charting System: Epic EMR Floating: May be asked to float to other Med/Surg units within the Fargo area as needed Additional Details: Must be comfortable with a flexible unit-based schedule and weekend coverage Job Requirements Active RN license in North Dakota or a compact state, or willingness to obtain At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience Experience in a large hospital setting with 250 beds BLS certification from AHA NIHSS certification or willingness to obtain prior to start Epic EMR experience required Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills Ability to float to other Med/Surg units as needed Cardiac experience is preferred Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate bedside nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients Complete assessments, documentation, medication administration, and nursing tasks accurately and on time Monitor telemetry patients and report changes in condition promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes Adapt to floating assignments across Med/Surg units as needed Maintain high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-focused care Follow unit scheduling expectations, including every other weekend and holiday coverage as assigned Apply now to join this travel nursing opportunity in Fargo, ND and advance your career as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse.
