Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customers inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
Assist the sales team with order processing, returns, and exchanges
Maintain Communication with clients and the sales team
Ensure a positive customer experience with PJMARK
Process incoming and outgoing payments

Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be proficient in QuickBook
Preferably Bilingual in Korean and English
