Drive Impactful Change As the Accounting Manager, you will be empowered to continuously develop your skills while contributing to strategic success. Key opportunities include:

• Guide and Empower: Lead a three-person accounting team responsible for lease accounting, accruals, and allocations.
• Ensure Financial Integrity & Compliance: Safeguard assets via balance sheet reconciliations, maintain strict SOX compliance, and execute ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Facilitate Corporate Reporting: Support the SEC reporting process through footnote disclosures and ensure internal and external audit requests are prepared accurately.

Essential Qualifications We focus on your proven capabilities. To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including team management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and ASC 842 operations.
• A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (MBA or CPA, alongside SAP/BlackLine experience, is preferred).
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and prioritize workloads under accelerated deadlines.
