Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions and identify the appropriate therapeutic interventions needed.

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and challenges, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.

• Lead engaging evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that foster healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care, thereby ensuring that clients receive holistic support.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, guiding them through the recovery process and enhancing the family unit’s understanding of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will play a critical role in facilitating meaningful change in clients’ lives and helping them find pathways to recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for this role.
