Job Title: Rehabilitation Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45-19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years rehabilitation nursing experience License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Basic computer knowledge Appropriate communication skills Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) Description: The hospital is a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. It is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Customized, individualized rehabilitation is offered, tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. The facility strives to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Patient population includes individuals in rehabilitation. The hospital features a patient ratio of 1:8. Required education includes an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Applicants must demonstrate a cooperative personality and a desire to be a team player.
