The firm is widely recognized in the NYC market for its work on high-value, sophisticated real estate transactions and disputes , representing owners, developers, investors, and lenders across some of the most prominent deals in the market. 

With a deep bench of attorneys and an integrated, multi-disciplinary practice , the firm delivers seamless, practical, and business-oriented legal solutions. Its litigation group is known for handling complex commercial disputes, construction claims, contract issues, and title matters with a reputation for efficiency and results-driven advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear regularly in court, conferences, and hearings
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Handle multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 5+ years of law firm litigation experience
• Strong background in civil and commercial litigation required
• Real Estate Litigation Exp a plus
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with real estate-related disputes (e.g., landlord-tenant, construction, title, or partnership disputes)
