Associate Attorney
Rozario Touma, P.C.
A corporate litigation and transactional law firm, located in the Financial District, is seeking a high-performing associate attorney to join our Real Estate group. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 to 10 years of experience with strong research and drafting skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents
- Conduct title review and resolve title issues
- Manage closings and coordinate with lenders, brokers, and clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and real estate professionals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, easement agreements, commercial leases, and
- Representing clients on infrastructure projects and complex real estate transactions.
