Let us show you all the ways we can Empower Your Purpose.To learn more about Rehmann, visit: Description:We are seeking talented Accountant to join our Client Accounting and Advisory Services team.How You Will Make an Impact at Rehmann:Reconciling client bank account statementsPreparing journal entriesUpdating depreciation and amortization schedulesPreparing financial statementsAssisting with transactional accounting - payroll, cash receipts, cash disbursementsMaintaining clients' accounting software and filesBuilding relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaborationProviding a “wow” experience to every clientContributing to the success of our clients’ organizationsIdentifying opportunities to introduce other Rehmann specialists to existing clientsYour Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fieldProgress towards the CPA exam or a commitment to pursue2-5 years in handling the accounting duties described aboveProficiency with MS Word and ExcelProficiency with accounting specific software programs, including Quickbooks Online or other accounting, bill pay and payroll softwareAbility to read a financial statement and identify issues to discuss with a clientOutstanding client service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environmentCommitment to continuous learning and developmentUnwavering integrity in all situationsHigh degree of attention to detailWe Put People First in all that we do.
