Employee Relations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and manage employee relations initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, with extensive experience conducting full-cycle workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations matters. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full-cycle employee relations investigations, including complaints related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, workplace conflicts, and misconduct.Conduct interviews, gather evidence, analyze findings, and prepare detailed investigation reports and recommendations.Partner with HR leadership and management to resolve employee concerns while ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and employment laws.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance, conduct, corrective action, and conflict resolution.Develop and implement employee relations programs that promote engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Support disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, and other complex employee matters.Analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to minimize risk and improve workplace effectiveness.Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business leaders on sensitive employment matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of employee relations experience, including significant experience conducting workplace investigations.Proven expertise managing end-to-end investigations from intake through resolution.Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Excellent interviewing, conflict resolution, documentation, and report-writing skills.Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with employees and leadership teams.HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
