The position is based onsite in our outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, actively participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments.
• Implement a range of treatment modalities, including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and the use of assistive devices, to aid in patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patients' progress toward their goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, condition management, and lifestyle modifications to foster long-term health and wellness.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy research and techniques, integrating this knowledge into practice to enhance patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance programs to maintain the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes rehabilitating from injuries, and elderly patients working to maintain mobility and strength. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Postgraduate education in specialized areas such as manual therapy, corrective exercise, functional movement training, or dry needling is highly preferred.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting or with a diverse patient population is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Restored Strength Therapy, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
