• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide sessions and foster client growth.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders to continuously improve therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

Our client base consists primarily of individuals and families navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. The role of the LMFT is crucial in addressing various issues, such as trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship dynamics. By providing a nonjudgmental and empathetic approach, you will create a supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately fostering healing and growth.

• Current and active Colorado state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental attitude in client interactions.

• Prior experience in telehealth therapy or remote counseling.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
