Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments and create tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while complying with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Deliver group, couple, and family therapy sessions, facilitating effective communication and fostering supportive relationships.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and seminars to stay informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on diverse client populations, ranging from individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders to families seeking support. You will engage with clients through telehealth services, ensuring accessibility and comfort for those who may have barriers to traditional in-person therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, supplemented by a generous bonus structure for high-performing counselors.
