Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients across various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize an array of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address client challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring accurate record keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and families dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral health challenges. You will focus on facilitating therapeutic environments where clients can express themselves freely and work through issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, reflecting a solid foundation in mental health principles.
