Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, offering flexibility and a comfortable environment that promotes focused therapy sessions. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to establish baselines and identify therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing individual client challenges and goal attainment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to promote engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring effective outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery and share insights on improving therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a remote counselor, you will be equipped to connect with clients across different backgrounds, fostering trust and open communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiar with Google Suite applications.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of practical counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth environment.

• Experience working with clientele experiencing a variety of psychological issues and crises.
\n
• Ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
