Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and clinical best practices.

• Engage with clients through various modes of communication, including secure video calls, audio messages, and written digital interactions, such as journaling and goal tracking.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Utilize our all-in-one platform to document sessions, manage patient records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate in regular peer consultations to foster professional growth and maintain high clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Renewed Minds Psychological Center, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults dealing with a range of psychological issues. We intentionally avoid treating severe mental health cases or children, allowing our counselors to focus on patients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, weight disorders, and grief counseling.

• Education: Possession of a Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a closely related field.

• Licensure: Must hold a valid and unrestricted LPCC licensure with no disciplinary actions.

• Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop (tablets are not permitted) are essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
