Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapeutic interventions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, ensuring the client’s needs are met across various dimensions.

• Stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices through continuous professional development and training workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse and varied client population, offering support to individuals, couples, and families facing mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Many clients served may not have previous access to mental health resources. Through telehealth services, you will play a pivotal role in helping these clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
