Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, maintaining accurate clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to develop integrated care plans for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and remaining informed about current research and advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our counseling team, you will work with a diverse population of clients presenting with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current, active, and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
