Manager of Leave Services - FMLA/Leave of Absence Administration

Our Manager of Leave Services is a hands-on leader responsible for the overall team operations and Leave of Absence Services while also providing direct leave of absence administration. This includes ensuring team compliance with all applicable federal, statutory, disability, and family leave laws, managing team personnel, leading the training efforts, refining and creating efficient processes. The leader of our team will also consult with new business referrals and be the main point of contact for vendors and strategic alliance partners. Job Responsibilities Assume a leadership role to support consistent delivery of high-level service and appropriate application of processes and policies across teams. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all employees, clients, vendors and strategic alliance partners. Identify and develop solutions to address issues and trends; develop and strengthen existing processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
