Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager will support the VP of Marketing in the development of property marketing initiatives and campaigns including direct marketing, promotions and special events. Responsibilities include deploying effective marketing strategies while managing the operations within the Marketing Department team.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee/review/facilitate drawings and promotions builds in marketing system
2. Review direct mail and email campaigns for accuracy (data and content) to meet deployment deadlines
3. Support VP of Marketing in all aspects of promotions and events, from the creation and planning stages to execution and completion reports to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
4. Provide on-site support and coordination for weekly promotions/drawings
5. Assist in the planning (proforma) and analysis (post forma) of casino promotions
6. Collaborate with advertising agency to effectively traffic jobs including monthly direct mail campaign, print and digital collateral and advertising initiatives
7. Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth and efficient property operations in alignment with marketing operational needs
8. Develop and direct marketing staff to efficiently execute marketing tasks/projects
9. Access, approve and/or make adjustments to a patron's account as needed for customer satisfaction
10. Access, approve and/or make adjustments to a patron's account as needed for customer satisfaction
11. Manage and or create marketing coupons and adjustments including prize slips, promotional logs, and other forms.
12. Collaborate with operations, F&B, and entertainment teams to coordinate marketing support and attend promotional and special events as needed
13. Assist in entertainment, public relations and sponsorship activity as needed
14. Demonstrate positive communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills at all times
15. Comply with all Internal Controls, Company, departmental and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
16. Utilize proper conduct of professionalism in compliance with company standards, security and confidentiality of files, records and lists.
17. Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgement, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.
18. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's Degree or above from an accredited college or university.
- Five years of related marketing, advertising, project management experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Driver's License, Alcohol Card, and Nevada Gaming Control Board registration required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. The ability to speak Spanish or other languages is strongly preferred.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Microsoft Office skills required. Knowledge of Patron systems strongly preferred.
