This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.Grand Prix Plaza is the world’s largest immersive Formula 1 attraction, featuring thrilling interactive experiences: F1 X, a 4D journey through a tech driven attraction; F1 DRIVE, kart racing powered by advanced DRS technology; and F1 HUB featuring state-of-the-art simulators, a flagship F1 store, and elevated restaurant and lounge offerings.SUMMARY OF JOB:The Senior Manager of Marketing will be a key driver in the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Plaza. The position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This high-impact role requires a passionate and experienced marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and can effectively balance long-term brand strategy with the dynamic demands of live events and venue marketing.This role demands both creative vision and operational precision, as you will be responsible for amplifying the global prestige of Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix while capturing the distinct energy and cultural vibrancy of Las Vegas. You’ll play a vital part in shaping how fans, partners, and guests experience the race and Grand Prix Plaza.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Develop and lead short-to-long-term integrated marketing plans for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and Grand Prix Plaza’s calendar of events and activations.* Spearhead the marketing of Grand Prix Plaza’s year-round programming and retail offerings to drive foot traffic, revenue, and brand engagement.* Collaborate with senior leadership, other members of the marketing and public relations team, and external vendors/agencies to align marketing strategies with business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.* Identify growth opportunities across paid and earned media, digital, experiential, influencer, content, OTAs and partnership channels.* Oversee the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns including brand, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content creation, experiential, and PR initiatives.* Collaborate with analytics team to establish marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and performance-oriented.* Partner with senior management to develop strategic insights, executive marketing reviews, and reporting to inform decision-making and continuously refine marketing effectiveness.* Define and implement multi-year marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation, audience expansion, and competitive differentiation.* Work cross-functionally with ticketing, sponsorship, hospitality, partnerships, and operations to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment. QUALIFICATIONS:* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in live entertainment, sports, hospitality, or experiential industries.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.* Proven success in leading high-profile marketing campaigns with complex stakeholder environments.* Strong understanding of digital marketing, media buying, influencer strategy, and experiential activations.* Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.* Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and/or motorsports industry is highly desirable.* Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities with agility and precision.
