Job Details Job Location: Las Vegas , NV 89109 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: Any Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service About the Role Wally’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team in a fast-paced, premium dining environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on kitchen leader who thrives on excellence, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and service. What You'll Do Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and support a high-performing culinary team. Guide service with confidence, ensuring dishes are prepared, finished, and presented to Wally’s standards. Support menu execution, daily specials, events, and new item rollouts with attention to quality and consistency. Coach, train, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and growth. Maintain strong communication with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Uphold food safety, cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout every shift. Assist with inventory, product readiness, labor awareness, and efficient kitchen workflow. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, service execution, and high-volume restaurant environments. A hands-on leader who can support any station and guide the team during busy service periods. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach, support, and develop others. Culinary degree preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Why Wally's?
