Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. With a focus on photography and graphic design, the position works directly with restaurants to enhance digital marketing strategies through websites, social media, and print. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of the restaurant industry, food service sales, and digital marketing channels. Frequent travel required within the OPCO distribution footprint that may require overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photography Capture high-quality images and video that showcase restaurant offerings, interiors, and customer experiences. Create visual content for various marketing channels.
- Digital Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic for internal and external businesses.
- Content Creation Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Training & Development Work as a subject matter expert to train restaurants and foodservice establishments on digital marketing skills and trends. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to restaurants, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Management Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, e.g. Instagram, Google, and internal platforms.
- Web Design Collaborate with clients on basic web design and layout improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency online.
- Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams e.g., sales, customers, and internal marketing to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Stay Updated Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
