Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Data Platform support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, strong coaching skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: What's the Job? Coach and guide cross-functional teams in Agile and Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Support teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Jira hygiene. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business priorities. Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to maintain smooth project progress across multiple teams. What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments, with at least 4+ years as a practicing Scrum Master. Prior experience in project management, program management, or delivery management roles. Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadership. Experience supporting technology or data-driven teams in complex, matrixed organizations. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. What's in it for me?
