Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Scrum Master to join their team. As a Lead Scrum Master, you will be part of the Consumer Lending Operations Technology Team supporting multiple cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lead Scrum Master x2 Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Support technology teams delivering complex, customer‑impacting capabilities within a regulated environment. Drive delivery readiness, execution discipline, and release coordination to ensure high‑quality outcomes with predictability and low risk. Facilitate and optimize cross‑functional team performance, leveraging delivery metrics to provide insights and surface risks proactively. Act as a delivery leader, managing backlog health, sprint and release commitments, dependency management, and adherence to governance standards. Partner closely with product owners, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to ensure work is ready for delivery and releases are well coordinated end‑to‑end. What's Needed? 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, dashboards, and delivery metrics. Experience supporting end‑to‑end delivery, including planning, execution, release coordination, and post‑release validation. Proven ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in fast‑paced environments. Strong understanding of SDLC and release management practices, with experience in regulated or risk‑sensitive environments preferred. What's in it for me?
