Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Loan IQ Business Analyst to join their team. As a Loan IQ Business Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Banking department supporting enterprise lending initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Loan IQ Business Analyst Location: Dallas/Irving, TX What's the Job? Support enterprise lending initiatives focused on Loan IQ platforms, system integrations, and large-scale transformation programs Analyze and document Loan IQ functional requirements, configurations, and impacts across lending products Partner with engineering teams to support API, batch, and file-based integrations Translate business and accounting requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure high-quality delivery What's Needed? Hands‑on Loan IQ experience in a Business Analyst or Product BA capacity Strong understanding of commercial lending and loan accounting concepts Proven experience supporting system integrations involving Loan IQ Experience working in Agile / Product delivery environments Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technology teams What's in it for me?
