Business Analyst - GRC Compliance Controls

Job Title Compliance Analyst Location Jersey City, NJ What's the Job? Support strategic GRC initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual activities within a fast-paced financial environment Design and execute detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and scripts based on project requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Technology, and vendor partners to support system implementations and operational readiness Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across various datasets to ensure regulatory compliance Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making What's Needed? 5–7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or product management within financial services or banking Experience supporting GRC, risk, compliance, or audit programs is highly preferred Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting and analytics Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and reconciliations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and priorities What's in it for me?
