Agile Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the project delivery team supporting various business and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Jersey City, NJ (On-site) Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable user stories and tasks. Support the development team in delivering high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the team’s progress. Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams and projects. Qualifications Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or similar role in a fast‑paced environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
