Call Center Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Handling a high volume of incoming patient calls, the remote Call Center Specialist will provide professional and empathetic support for billing inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Key responsibilities Answer incoming patient calls promptly and courteously, addressing questions and concerns related to billing Evaluate caller needs and determine appropriate resolutions while following client-specific rules and workflows Maintain detailed documentation of calls and actions taken in the patient account system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM with accuracy Familiarity with insurance billing is a plus; comprehensive training is provided
