Acute & Intermediate Med/Surg Team Lead Charge RN

Responsibilities Facilitate identification and resolution of gaps in patient care throughout hospitalization, discharge, and ambulatory care. Lead execution of complex patient care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, and family. Champion evidence-based practices, including participation in journal clubs, practice change initiatives, and knowledge dissemination. Analyze practice gaps and provide feedback to peers and leadership to enhance patient safety. Assess patient and family experience and adjust care to improve satisfaction and quality of care. Maintain constant alertness in this safety-sensitive position. Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Nursing Diploma or Associate’s acceptable. 2-5 years of clinical bedside nursing experience in medical-surgical settings. Registered Nurse (RN) license. No prior supervisor experience required. Preferred Qualifications 5-10 years of nursing experience. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Benefits Competitive hourly rates.
