Clinic Medical Director (Adult Medicine) - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead as the clinical supervisor for primary care providers at your designated site.
- Facilitate schedule optimization and coverage planning in collaboration with the Site Director.
- Implement clinical workflows and foster provider behavior that aligns with our values.
- Educate and guide clinic providers on new initiatives, supporting their implementation and progress.
- Collaborate closely with operational and nursing leadership to enhance clinic performance and service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Possession of a current Texas medical license.
- Board Certification in a Primary Care Specialty: Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-residency, showcasing expertise and commitment.
- Proven leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in community healthcare with a track record of supporting cross-departmental clinical programs.
