The Onboarding Specialist will be the friendly first live voice many of our newest customers hear after they first sign up. Your primary job is to call newly signed-up Profit First App users, get them excited about a free 30-minute White Glove onboarding session with at Certified Profit First Professional, and get that session booked on the calendar. During these conversations, you'll introduce the customer to Dream First Bank and the full value of pairing it with the Profit First App, so they understand the fastest, easiest, and most cost-effective way to get started. You will also work directly with the end user and Dream First to help get the users bank accounts opened and funded at Dream First Bank.  As you grow into the role, you'll also help field incoming customer service questions, become an expert at the Profit First system, and eventually run White Glove sessions yourself.
