If you are a growth minded individual that enjoys working independently but serving a larger team in a fast pace environment then this could be the start of something great.The restaurant Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A of Folsom is responsible for the creation and execution of a strategic restaurant sales growth plan. This position reports directly to the franchise owner and will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations and Director of Community Relations and Catering on a regular basis.Requirements:Experience marketing through social media channels, specifically Facebook and InstagramPreferred understanding of Google ranking and search engine optimizationTrack record of building sales or meeting/exceeding sales quotas.Website and/or graphic design experienceComfortable executing door to door solicitation, specifically distributing product samples and/or coupons.Team playerOutgoingBudget managementResponsibilities:Work with leadership team to create monthly, quarterly and annual marketing that align with and support the organization's goalsLeverage social media channels to promote the business and engage with our guestCreate and manage monthly marketing calendarPlan monthly family nights and marketing eventsCreate promotional materials in alignment with brand guidelinesDistribute products and/or product information in restaurant and to local business and organizationsManage internal customer loyalty programMeasure ROI of marketing activities and restaurant promotions.Able to work 20-25 hours per week.Compensation: $28-30 per hourBenefitsFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountPaid training
