• Order entry and order management system experience
• Call center or high volume phone and email support experience

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Enter and manage orders accurately for a large customer base
• Track and update case management records for inquiries and orders
• Provide pricing, inventory, and shipping information to customers
• Handle customer issues and find solutions independently
• Update customer profiles including payment terms and shipping details
• Follow up with internal teams on account setup changes
• Support the complaints team as needed
• Attend product and technical training sessions
• Follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 50 words per minute or more
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high call and order volume

Preferred/Bonus

• Experience in the life sciences industry
• Experience with PeopleSoft order management or a similar system
• Experience with Salesforce case management
• Prior call center experience
