Project Administrator DLSIMA

OVERVIEW
Danella is actively seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. Danella Companies, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Chairman & CEO, Jim Danella. For over 50 years, Danella has experienced substantial growth and success, becoming an industry leader in utilities, transit, and railroads, as well as storm restoration and equipment rentals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and capture accurate records pertaining to job statuses and billing deadlines
- Prepare and review invoicing for AR and AP
- Supervise customer billing services
- Coordinate with subcontractors to capture missing invoicing information
- Work directly with the Project Manager to develop billing schedules for our ongoing projects
- Capture and submit Key Performance Indicators
- Work directly with Field Superintendents to accurately capture field production values
- Tremendous growth opportunity based on performance and abilities
