Work Environment

This role will be conducted onsite at our outpatient office, allowing for close interaction with patients and the clinical team. You will work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals to create a seamless and dynamic care experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and create tailored therapy plans that address functional goals.
• Administer a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance mobility and strength.
• Maintain a consistent patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring each session is productive and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Implement cost-effective and evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at reducing pain and enhancing movement.
• Monitor patient progress, provide motivation, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Document all patient interactions and services rendered accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment across different healthcare settings.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs to support their recovery journey.

As a Physical Therapist here, you will engage with patients of all ages, tailoring your interventions to meet their unique health challenges. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Proficiency in implementing manual therapy techniques and developing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with EMR software, especially WebPT, is preferred for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting to better address the needs of our patient demographic.
• Familiarity with modern therapeutic modalities and their applications in rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
