Bodily Injury Adjuster - Litigation & Homeowner Liability

Job Overview We are seeking a Bodily Injury Litigation Adjuster with experience in Homeowner Liability or Commercial General Liability to manage complex injury claims, including fractures, bilateral fractures, fatalities, and other severe injuries. Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents. Determine coverage, liability, and damages and adjust and negotiate claims within the limit of authority. Mentor and provide direction to junior employees. Manage moderate to complex or catastrophic injury claims. Apply advanced understanding of company insurance policies and industry practices. Recommend process improvements. Handle investigation of all aspects of the most complex auto claims with discretion and independence. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred). No supervisory duties; this role does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
