To analyze GL Litigated, Premise, Auto, Bodily Injury & Product claims on behalf of our dedicated client, determine benefits due, and ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices, and client requirements. Primary Purpose of the Role We are looking for driven individuals who embody caring, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion. Essential Responsibilities Analyze and process claims through well‑developed action plans to achieve timely resolution, investigating and gathering information to determine exposure. Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority. Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client. Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Litigation for GL, Premise, Auto, Bodily Injury & Product. Understanding of Contracts/Lease Agreements & Tenders. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred. As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency. For the jurisdiction noted in this posting, the starting pay range is (63,404 - 88,765).
