What You’ll Be Doing

• ️ Managing a blended caseload of premises liability defense and commercial litigation matters — from intake through trial
• ️ Handling slip‑and‑fall, negligent security, construction site accidents, and related tort claims alongside contract disputes and business litigation
• ️ Conducting depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations
• ️ Coordinating with expert witnesses, investigators, and retained consultants
• ️ Advising commercial and institutional clients on litigation strategy and risk exposure
• ️ Appearing in Miami‑Dade and Broward state court proceedings as needed

What We’re Looking For

• ️ 5–7 years of premises liability experience — insurance defense backgrounds strongly considered
• ️ Proven deposition and motion practice experience; first‑chair or near‑first‑chair trial experience preferred
• ️ Strong written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to work independently
• ️ Comfortable managing client relationships directly
• ️ Self‑directed work ethic suited for a remote‑first environment
