About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to take on a senior, high-visibility role with a focus on driving the demand engine for the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the demand strategy, driving more qualified leads across a large network of local branches, and supporting LTV growth. This role involves managing a substantial budget, setting and achieving cost-efficient ROAS targets, and being a leader who can think strategically about the next points of growth, local search, and the impact of AI and automation. The VP will be hands-on, data-rigorous, and expected to lead a team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Applicants for the VP of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2C customer acquisition and demand generation. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing successful cross-channel acquisition programs, deep analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels. Experience in multi-location or field-based businesses is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, measurement-obsessed, and have the ability to build and manage relationships across various teams. They should be comfortable with both tactical and strategic work, and be adept at leveraging AI to drive team efficiencies and growth objectives.
