People Operations & Onboarding Specialist
PEOPLE
PEOPLE is seeking an HR onboarding coordinator to streamline new hire processes across our US offices. You will create orientation packets, manage personnel folders, run background checks, and coordinate with support teams. Responsibilities include hosting new hire orientations, entering data into Paylocity and onboarding systems, supporting recruiting tasks, processing exits, tracking inventory, handling policy questions, and providing Spanish interpretation when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr PEOPLE
