What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment remain safe, reliable, and operating at peak
performance.
Daily responsibilities include:
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Installing, assembling, testing, and commissioning new machinery and equipment
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Performing hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Conducting routine inspections to identify wear, damage, and potential failures before downtime occurs
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Diagnosing machinery issues through observation, testing, and performance analysis
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Repairing or replacing worn, damaged, or failed components
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Working with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, relays, sensors, motors, bearings, and production machinery
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Completing internal welding and fabrication projects to support operations
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Reading and interpreting work orders, maintenance schedules, and repair requirements
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Safely utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and fabrication tools
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Maintaining maintenance records, inspection schedules, and repair documentation
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability and uptime
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Collaborating with operations and production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Machinery Mechanic, Millwright, Equipment Mechanic, or similar role
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Experience performing preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Familiarity with sensors, relays, bearings, motors, chains, sprockets, and industrial equipment
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Basic welding and fabrication experience
\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
