The Line Cook position at our high volume restaurant offers an exciting seasonal opportunity in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Working with a small team, you will play a key role in food preparation and cooking while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This role features a standard commercial kitchen setup, a typical 10-hour shift, and housing availability. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety compliance consistently
• Operate standard commercial kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure quality control for all food served
• Collaborate effectively within a small team sharing kitchen responsibilities
• Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food preparation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong teamwork skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure
