Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the company’s recruitment strategy and execution to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent. This role partners with business leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies, build pipelines for critical capabilities, strengthen the candidate experience, and ensure the organization has the talent required to achieve its growth objectives.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce planning.
- Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs, workforce gaps, and future talent requirements.
- Build proactive pipelines for leadership, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment, interview strategy, and selection decisions.
- Leverage sourcing tools, labor market insights, and recruiting analytics to drive hiring success.
- Enhance employers’ brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build relationships with universities, industry associations, and professional talent networks.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
Experience
• Five or more years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including experience leading complex searches.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, and leadership talent.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics required.
