Job Description

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and architects, to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular project reviews, addressing potential risks and implementing solutions proactively.
• Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

• A strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project management practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
