General Laborer - Manufacturing Production
Location: Columbiana, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay
Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory 6-day workweek with overtime
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview
We are urgently hiring reliable General Laborers / Production Workers for a full-time manufacturing position in Columbiana, Ohio. This is a hands-on production role where employees may rotate between packing, paint line, and press operation areas.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for dependable candidates who are ready to learn, work safely, and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• 
  Package finished products for shipment
  
• 
  Inspect parts for defects and quality issues
  
• 
  Hang and remove metal parts from the paint line
  
• 
  Clean, prepare, and mask parts before painting as needed
  
• 
  Operate manual and automatic press equipment
  
• 
  Load raw materials into machines and remove finished parts
  
• 
  Move materials and products throughout the facility
  
• 
  Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  
• 
  Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• No manufacturing experience required; training provided
• 
  Previous production, warehouse, packing, assembly, or general labor experience is a plus
  
• 
  Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• 
  Must be reliable and have strong attendance
  
• 
  Must be willing to work overtime and a mandatory 6-day schedule
  
• 
  Must follow all safety and quality standards
  
• 
  Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
  

Preferred Skills

• 
  Manufacturing or warehouse experience
  
• 
  Packing, paint line, press operation, or assembly experience
  
• 
  Forklift experience is a plus but not required
