- Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations
- Fluent in Spanish and English

- Build recruitment system from 0 to 1
- Ensure compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFT)
- Manage labor relations and prevent disputes
- Control turnover and stabilize workforce
- Establish HR processes (payroll, attendance, onboarding/offboarding)
- Establish DL labor classification system and corresponding incentive system
- Establish IDL KPI management system and corresponding incentive system
- DL and IDL labor cost control
