Position Overview
The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations while supporting financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory control, and month-end close activities. This individual will work closely with leadership and production teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant) :
• Manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes in accordance with GAAP
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Generate financial statements, cash flow reporting, and management reporting packages

Qualifications (Senior Accountant) :
• 5–10 years of accounting experience within manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close
