Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: On-site — near Bedford Heights, OH
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):
- Prepare and support external and internal financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements specific to healthcare organizations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit and compliance reviews
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and healthcare-related financial regulations
- Analyze financial data to support operational and strategic decision-making
Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; familiarity with healthcare regulations is a plus
