As a Security Guard Patrol Specialist in New Johnsonville, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.13 / Hour Job Schedule: Thu 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and deliveries, verifying credentials and following posted access procedures. Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by documenting observations, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with security-related concerns as needed. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
